Permutation-Alignment Method Using Manifold Optimization for Frequency-Domain Blind Source Separation

Abstract

This study proposes a permutation-alignment method for frequency-domain blind source separation. This method refines the results of Sawada’s permutation-alignment method using stricter objective function, relaxing the constraint of the permutation matrix by that of the doubly-stochastic matrix, and applying manifold optimization over it.
